Richard was very professional and he carefully analysed my problems and asked questions so he could make a decision on what the main focus should be, he also asked me if there was anything I would like to concentrate on, even on the appointment day which was very useful.
Richard is a warm and friendly person, he was very easy to contact for extra help and if anything went wrong. I found my experience very enjoyable and useful and I even got to keep the sessions on a USB stick so I can listen to them when and where I like if i want to. I would defiantly recommend Focused Hypnosis.”
